Put our experience to work for you! Our founder and lead instructor is a career firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).  With decades of real life, hands-on experience employing these life-saving techniques, our classes offer so much more than just text book discussions and theoretical examples.  We are also a family run business whose importance became increasingly significant once we moved into a home with a pool and had small children. We appreciate how very "real" a situation can quickly become, as well as the need to remain calm and clear-thinking in emergencies. 

Whether you need the class for your workplace or your peace of mind, we happily provide classes to fit your needs. We have conducted training for folks in all walks of life, from colleges and nurses to insurance companies and school groups.  Our classes are interactive, highly engaging, physical (must be able to complete chest compressions and kneel on floor; can accommodate to on-table compressions if necessary), and filled with real-life scenarios.

• Conditions permitting, we offer LIVE-FIRE fire extinguisher classes where available.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification
• CPR with AED - American Heart Association certification
• Bloodborne Pathogens
• First Aid: Learn to stop bleeding, deal with patients in shock, create a homemade splint, handle serious allergic reactions, treat burns and scalds, and how to assist in other common emergencies and accidents. - American Heart Association certification
• Class is interactive and student participation is a must.
